Glide with currents, and understand water movements by taking the specialty diving course offered at Waterworld, Waves, Tides & Currents. After taking this course you will understand how to handle water movements at any of the top diving spots you crave to plunge into the water from. From navigating waves when entering from the shore to the rip currents in a channel or next to your favorite island, or the current in open water.

Water movements are predictable and what to do in any situation can make sure you remain safe in the open water. You will find the answers to your most common issues such as how much current a diver can deal with and how to move efficiently in the current. You will also learn how to determine the strength of the current and plan you dive accordingly. This course is taught in conjunction with two open water dives.
