Stress & Rescue

Stress is a major contributing factor to rescue situations and diving accidents. The Diver Stress & Rescue course will help you learn how to prevent and avoid accidents, but how to handle stressful situations should they occur. Learning how to avoid, recognize and solve problems on the surface and underwater is the primary objective of this course.

 

Running two to four days in length, you will participate in both academic and in-water sessions in the pool as well as in open water.

Prior to taking this course you will be required to complete certifications for CPR, First Aid & Oxygen Provider.

The primary goal of any SSI Specialty course of study is to teach you important skills in a fun environment. All courses are taught using home study, short academic sessions and in-water training.
